Volusia Beach Parking Citations

Park Volusia off-beach parking lots require valid daily payment or permit associated with the vehicle’s license plate when parking. If no daily payment or permit is found associated with the vehicle’s license plate, a citation for non-payment will be issued.  

Operating hours for Park Volusia off-beach parking lots are 5am to 11pm, 365 days per year. Parking is not permitted outside of these hours. Citations will be issued to vehicles parked in the lots outside of operating hours. 

Volusia County residents are eligible for a one-time single citation dismissal under the following conditions: 

• The vehicle which received a citation becomes registered with a resident permit 

• The resident permit registration occurs within 30 days of the citation notice date 

• The resident requests the citation dismissal through appeal or by emailing citations@parkvolusia.org

Citations may be appealed within 14 days of the notice date printed on the citation.  

Citations include a non-payment fee of $50 plus the daily parking fee of $20, due within 14 days of the notice date. After 14 days, the non-payment fee is escalated to $100 plus the daily parking fee of $20.
