All permits must be purchased and registered through the online portal. Your permit account will be created during the registration process
All daily passes must be purchased on site and cannot be purchased online

This pass is valid for 3 years from the date of registration
This pass allows:
Unlimited access to all the designated on-beach driving zones during normal hours of operation, weather and tide conditions permitting
Unlimited off-beach parking at all Volusia County maintained parking lots in the Park Volusia program between 5am and 11pm
This pass does not permit:
Parking in City maintained paid parking lots in New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach
Access to the two Inlet Parks – Lighthouse Point Park & Smyrna Dunes Park
Inlet Parks Annual Pass $0
This pass is valid for 3 years from the date of registration
This pass allows:
Unlimited access to all the designated on-beach driving zones during normal hours of operation, weather and tide conditions permitting
Unlimited off-beach parking at all Volusia County maintained parking lots in the Park Volusia program between 5am and 11pm
This pass does not permit:
Parking in City maintained paid parking lots in New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach
Access to the two Inlet Parks – Lighthouse Point Park & Smyrna Dunes Park
Inlet Parks Military Annual Pass $0
This pass is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
The following individuals are eligible for this pass:
A current member of the United States Armed Forces, their reserve components, or the National Guard
An honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces, their reserve components, or the National Guard
A surviving spouse and parents of a deceased member of the United States Armed Forces, their reserve components, or the National Guard who died in the line of duty under combat-related conditions
A surviving spouse and parents of a law enforcement officer, as defined in section 943.10(1), Florida Statutes, a firefighter, as define in section 633.102, Florida Statutes, or an emergency medical technician or paramedic employed by state or local government, who died in the line of duty
This pass allows:
Unlimited entrance into Lighthouse Point Park at 5000 S. Atlantic Ave., Ponce Inlet, and Smyrna Dunes Park at 2995 N. Peninsula Ave., New Smyrna Beach during normal hours of operation, conditions permitting
This pass does not permit:
Access to the designated on-beach driving zones
Parking in Volusia County maintained off-beach parking lots
Parking in City maintained paid parking lots in New Smyrna Beach and Daytona Beach
Handicap Pass $0
This pass is valid for 365 days from the date of registration
Individuals with a valid disabled parking permit (placard), handicap license plate, or Disabled Veteran license plate are eligible for this pass
This pass allows:
Unlimited access to all the designated on-beach driving zones during normal hours of operation, weather and tide conditions permitting
Unlimited off-beach parking at all Volusia County maintained parking lots in the Park Volusia program between 5am and 11pm
Unlimited entrance into Lighthouse Point Park and Smyrna Dunes Park during normal hours of operation, conditions permitting
Visitor On Beach Annual Pass $150

This pass allows:
Unlimited access to all the designated on-beach driving zones during normal hours of operation, weather and tide conditions permitting
This pass does not permit:
Parking in Volusia County maintained off-beach parking lots
